before start the 2nd burner, full close all air valve on the 1st chamber. other operation keep same. 
reason: at the first 10-20 min burnning the plactic waste, deflagration combustion in the chamber. 
after 10-20 min, gradually increase air injection by air valve on the 1st chamber.
meanwhile, proposal 20-30 min burnning of the 1st chamber, stop the 1st burner(stop fire only, the fan inside the burner 
still working), let the plastic burn itself(Spontaneous combustion) to save diesel oil.

Wet scrubber for incinerators

having waste out of production procedure which is having very fine/powder substance with moisture of 40%. Will this system appropriate for this application.  For power waste, wet plus proposal scrubber system.

Optional 1 section type: Wet Cooling Spray Scrubber. Function: cooling, remove dust.

 

Measure 3 section type: Wet Cooling Spray Scrubber+Wet Dust Scrubber+Fog and Water Separator. Function: cooling, remove dust, remove fog(from water).

 

 

If waste is Acidic substance, add Caustic soda to the water and cost a litter higher than without Caustic soda.

If also wet scrubber, request build cooling (recirculating water) at nearby website.  Recirculating water pool and Sludge sedimentation at bottom, wash Sludge regular.
